Payment

50% of the total fee for our training or consultancy services is payable upon agreement of dates. This non-refundable advance payment is required to cover Acumen Global Training, LLC’s time in planning and preparing for the service, irrevocable travel arrangements, the commitment to the agreed dates by both parties, as well as the pre-event release of training materials or consultancy content for review by the client. The balance plus all expenses are due and will be invoiced after delivery of the service(s). Such invoice is payable within 30 days of date of invoice.

Clients are liable for any sales tax, duties, VAT, TVA, or similar taxes chargeable against the training or consultancy services.
Cancellation and Refund

The Acumen Global Training, LLC team reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course or consultancy service, and for good reason only. Should such service be canceled or rescheduled, the advance payment can be fully refunded or applied to the next scheduled event. No other damages or compensation will be paid in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Should the client wish to cancel the scheduled training or consultancy service for any reason less than 60 days of its scheduled start date, Acumen Global Training, LLC shall retain any and all advance payments.

Should the client wish to reschedule the training or consultancy service more than 60 days prior to the scheduled start date, the client must provide written notice to Acumen Global Training, LLC. No financial penalty will normally apply, unless Acumen Global Training, LLC has incurred non-refundable out-of-pocket expenses in preparation for the service, in which case the client shall reimburse Acumen Global Training, LLC for such costs.

Acumen Global Training, LLC is committed to superior customer service and, as such, will take all possible measures to ensure that no cancellation is necessary. Should Acumen Global Training, LLC need to cancel a service, the client will be notified immediately. All efforts will be made to reschedule the service to an agreed upon date or, alternatively, a full refund will be issued.

No refunds will be made after commencement of the event.

While Acumen Global Training, LLC strive to ensure the accuracy of our training and consultancy materials and presentations, Acumen Global Training, LLC does not accept responsibility for any loss resulting from reliance on information provided during the training or consultancy services.

All relevant complaints are taken seriously and will be promptly reviewed and analyzed, with documentation of the receipt, retention, investigation, and treatment of the complaint.
Appropriate corrective action will be taken, if necessary, and findings may be communicated to the reporting person. Investigations may warrant investigation by independent persons such as auditors and/or attorneys. Investigators will endeavor to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
